Knapps Loch Knapps Loch, just outside Kilmacolm, was created early in the 20th century by an angling club. More information at The Knapps Angling Club
Corgarff Castle is an interesting place to visit. On the Historic Environment Scotland website it says “Originally a noble residence, Corgarff became an army base for hunting down Jacobite sympathisers and, later, whisky smugglers.”
